The Graduate School Deans received a lot of feedback about the difficulty of finding information and also inaccurate/old information on their website. A goal was set by the Academic Provost (AU Senior Leadership) to launch a new website with an improved user experience.

As a continuous improvement effort, our team monitored web engagement metrics through analytical tools. This allowed us to discover areas of opportunities. These areas of opportunities often led to web optimization projects. The following are a collection of those projects

Packdat was not just limited to the flight or train bookings or hotel booking, it aims at creating a customized experience for the users by offering destination suggestions within budget and safety concerns in mind, travel wallet which lets you save your boarding passes, debit, credit card etc.
