INTJ: “The Architect”

My professional career started off in digital marketing and business process improvements. Through this experience, I became passionate about delivering value to customers, streamlining customer touchpoints, and seeking to understand human behavior in a digital landscape. This lead me down a path of discovery. I discovered Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). I became enamored with the profession. Today, I am fortunate enough to blend my knowledge of HCI, customer touchpoints, business acumen, and software development to build value for customers and businesses.

I enjoy understanding the customer journey and user experience through quantitative and qualitative data. The countless hours of user research, usability testing, behavior monitoring, web analytics, and affinity mapping distills into identifying patterns. Translating this data into actionable and relatable insight for stakeholders is key.
